Our production process

From order to delivery.

Six stages, all in house, with quality control at every one of them.

  1. 01

    Design and sampling

Every style starts with a tech pack and a sample. We check fit, drape and colour in 3D with Style3D first, then make the physical sample on the mannequin for your approval.

  2. 02

    Fabric inspection

Every roll is checked on the inspection machine for faults, shade and width before it reaches the cutting room.

  3. 03

    Cutting

Markers are planned digitally and cut on our paperless Gerber system: precise panels, less waste, no paper patterns.

    Sewing

  5. 05

    Finishing and quality control

Pieces are steamed with electric irons, measured and inspected to your standards. Nothing leaves the floor without final approval.
