Our story
Founded in 1986 by Hanna Darsa
Hanna Darsa founded Darsateks in Istanbul in 1986, and it has grown into one of Türkiye's leading women's wear manufacturers. Quality, reliability and a readiness to try new methods have kept us working for fashion brands known around the world.
Our headquarters and design studio are in Istanbul; our production is in Erbaa, Tokat. We cut, sew and finish 200,000 pieces a month there and export 97% of them, to Europe, the Americas and the Far East.
With 250 people, a design and merchandising team of about 35, modern production technology and our own solar power, we give fashion brands high quality and the flexibility to follow what sells.

Milestones
1986
Hanna Darsa opens Darsateks in Istanbul, where the headquarters and design studio still sit.
2021
Our red-brick factory opens in the Kelkit organised industrial zone, Erbaa.
2022
960 solar panels go onto the Erbaa roof. The factory now makes more power than it uses and sells the surplus to the grid.
2024
Work starts on a second green factory across the road: columns in February, the steel shell clad by the summer.
2025
The second factory is complete: two Darsateks factories now face each other across the same road in Erbaa.

Administration, design and marketing run from our headquarters in Kağıthane, where a design and merchandising team of about 35 people develops each collection.
Erbaa · Tokat
Our two factories in Erbaa cut, sew and finish 200,000 pieces a month in house, under a solar roof.
The site is 5 km from Erbaa town centre and 15 km from the airport. Tokat, Samsun and Merzifon airports are all within 150 km, about 90 minutes by road.
